What can AI video noise reduction do?

Does video denoise re-encode the picture?
The picture is not filtered. Audio is extracted, run through DeepFilter, then muxed back. Files over ~32 MB use a WORKERFS path so the whole video is not loaded into the WASM heap.
Can I run 4K or multi-gigabyte files?
The soundtrack is stream-copied out; the full video is not decoded to PCM. The limit is audio duration: a very long voice track still becomes one PCM buffer. Resolution is not the denoise bottleneck.
Will export drift audio vs picture?
Replace-audio lines up to the source duration. If the original file is already out of sync, denoise will not fix that timeline.
Are my files uploaded to your servers?
No. NanoPix runs in your browser with WebAssembly. Your video, audio, or image files stay on your device—we never receive them.
Is browser-based editing private?
Yes. Processing happens locally on your machine. Nothing is sent to NanoPix servers for encoding or storage.
