No. DeepFilterNet3 runs in the browser via WASM. The soundtrack never leaves your device—useful for meetings and podcasts you do not want in the cloud.
What material works best? Can I use it on music masters?
It targets speech: voiceovers, meetings, and interviews with steady room noise. It is not a mastering denoiser. Loud music, live gigs, or already-clean recordings may change little or dull highs.
Will a long recording run out of memory?
Denoise runs in ~24 s OfflineAudioContext slices, so peak RAM tracks one slice. The full file is still decoded to PCM first, with a ~1 hour cap. Trim longer files first.
Are my files uploaded to your servers?
No. NanoPix runs in your browser with WebAssembly. Your video, audio, or image files stay on your device—we never receive them.
Is browser-based editing private?
